This Privacy Policy describes how Kameswar Digital Services ("Tezzap", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website tezzap.com and our services.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, business type you provide during signup.
Business content: Word documents, FAQs, and knowledge-base content you upload.
Conversation data: WhatsApp messages exchanged between your customers and your Tezzap AI receptionist.
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and usage analytics.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not store card details.

2. How we use information

To operate and deliver the Tezzap service.
To generate AI responses on your behalf.
To send you transactional emails (billing, onboarding, service updates).
To improve the product and troubleshoot issues.
To comply with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer conversations to train third-party AI models.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

Meta Platforms — to deliver messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) — to generate responses. These providers are bound by strict no-training-on-data agreements.
Payment processors — Razorpay, to process your subscription payments.
Cloud infrastructure — Vercel, Supabase/PostgreSQL, for hosting and storage.
Government authorities — when required by Indian law.

4. Your rights under DPDP Act

Right to access your data.
Right to correct or update your data.
Right to erase your data (see Data Deletion Instructions).
Right to withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted. Conversation logs are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement role-based access controls, audit logs, and periodic security reviews. No system is 100% secure — we commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours of any breach that may materially impact them.

7. International transfers

We primarily store data in India (and EU as fallback). Some AI processing may occur in the US (Google, Anthropic). By using Tezzap, you consent to this cross-border processing.

8. Children

Tezzap is a B2B product intended only for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
