What exactly is a WhatsApp BSP and why does it matter?+
A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is a company approved by Meta to provide WhatsApp Business API access. Tezzap partners with BSPs (and is becoming one directly) so your business gets official, compliant WhatsApp automation — not a grey-market workaround.
Do I need a new phone number?+
No. You can use your existing WhatsApp number — we'll help migrate it to the official WhatsApp Business API. If you prefer a dedicated number for the bot, buy any new SIM and we'll onboard that instead.
